## Days 1-2 · Arrival and easy sea Gentle start: Santa Maria Navarrese beach or Lido di Orrì, harbour stroll, seafood dinner.

Day two, the coastal trail to Pedra Longa and sunset at the monolith.

## Days 3-4 · The legendary coves One day by boat (Mariolu, Sisine, Fico Cave, Cala Luna) and one on foot: the Goloritzé descent from the Golgo, with stops for the donkeys and Su Sterru.

Evening: culurgiones and Cannonau.

## Day 5 · Mountains and art Gorropu gorge in the morning, then Ulassai: Stazione dell'Arte, Su Marmuri caves and the Lequarci waterfall.

Back in time for a dip in Sa Barza.
