Classic Room. Stone walls and pale wood; on the bed, natural linen. The Classic is made for those seeking true silence, the kind you hear as soon as the lamp goes off. In the morning a soft light comes in and, beyond the window, the scent of almond trees drifts in. Every day a country breakfast is waiting for you.

Superior Room. The Superior is our most spacious room: you look up and the high ceilings give you room to breathe. By the window there is a reading corner, and all around are materials chosen one by one, easy to recognise by touch. At sunset the countryside turns gold and time, along with it, slows down.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Reception is open for check-in and guest information from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 10:00 AM. If you need different arrangements, please write to us: whenever possible, we are happy to be flexible.

Is breakfast included?

For standard stays, yes: our country breakfast is included. For the Long Stay formula, breakfast is available as an optional extra.

When is Sa Barza open?

Sa Barza, our pool among the olive trees, is generally open from March 1 to November 15, every day from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, exclusively for our guests. Actual opening dates may vary depending on the season and conditions, so please always ask us to confirm availability for the dates of your stay.

How do we reach the agriturismo?

For regular scheduled flights, the main airports are Cagliari and Olbia. The nearby Tortolì-Arbatax airport is mainly used for general aviation and air-taxi services. We will send detailed driving directions when your stay is confirmed.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately not: we cannot accept dogs or other pets. Our two sheepdogs and several cats already live on the farm, and sharing the space wouldn't be peaceful for anyone.

Why don't we accept pets?

Because animals already live here: two shepherd dogs and several cats roam the estate freely. For their peace of mind — and your pet's — we prefer not to add others. It is a choice of respect for everyone.

Is there parking?

Yes: private, free parking is available inside the property, including for guests arriving with a rental car from Cagliari or Olbia airports. Parking is available in every season.

Is the farm stay suitable for families and couples?

Yes, both. The rooms comfortably host couples and families with children; the Sa Barza pool, the garden and the open spaces please everyone. The atmosphere remains that of a quiet boutique farm stay: those seeking silence always find it.
