What time are check-in and check-out?

Reception is open for check-in and guest information from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 10:00 AM. If you need different arrangements, please write to us: whenever possible, we are happy to be flexible.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, always. A farmhouse breakfast with our own and local products, served in the restaurant from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. Leaving early? We'll happily prepare a takeaway breakfast

When is Sa Barza open?

Accepted Answer

Sa Barza, our pool among the olive trees, is generally open from March 1 to November 15, every day from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, exclusively for our guests. Actual opening dates may vary depending on the season and conditions, so please always ask us to confirm availability for the dates of your stay.

How do we reach the agriturismo?

For regular scheduled flights, the main airports are Cagliari and Olbia. The nearby Tortolì-Arbatax airport is mainly used for general aviation and air-taxi services. We will send detailed driving directions when your stay is confirmed.

Do you accept pets?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not: we cannot accept dogs or other pets. Our two sheepdogs and several cats already live on the farm, and sharing the space wouldn't be peaceful for anyone.

How does the Long Stay work?

The Long Stay applies to stays of at least 30 days, at a fixed rate: double room €30 per night, quadruple room €45. Breakfast not included (extra at €10 per person per day); 2 cleanings per month included. Limited availability: write to us early.

Why don't we accept pets?

Because animals already live here: two shepherd dogs and several cats roam the farmhouse freely. For their peace of mind — and your pet's — we prefer not to add others. It is a choice of respect for everyone.

Why choose a Long Stay?

Fast Wi-Fi, private terrace, absolute silence: the right place to slow down, write or work remotely with Ogliastra outside your door.

Why stay in Triei?

Because it is the perfect base: 10 minutes from Baunei and the harbour of Santa Maria Navarrese (boats to Cala Mariolu and Goloritzé), 13 from the beaches of Lotzorai — yet away from coastal traffic and noise. Sea and trails by day, true peace in the evening.

Is there parking?

Yes: private, free parking inside the property, convenient also for those arriving with a rental car from Tortolì–Arbatax or Cagliari airport. No parking worries, in any season.

Is the farm stay suitable for families and couples?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. The rooms comfortably host couples and families with children; the Sa Barza pool, the garden and the open spaces please everyone. The atmosphere remains that of a quiet boutique farm stay: those seeking silence always find it.

Is it an agriturismo or a B&B?

Accepted Answer

We are a true agriturismo — countryside, farm produce, a farmer's breakfast — but we also work like a bed and breakfast: you can stay just one night with breakfast included, or a whole week. The choice is yours.
