The Borgo I Mandorli

A family-run borgo among almond trees and the Supramonte, where the days keep the pace of the countryside. There are 9 rooms and a pool. There is also a courtyard where people gather in the evening, speaking softly, as the air begins to cool.

The rooms

Classic Room. Here stone meets pale wood and natural linen. The Classic is made for those seeking true silence, the kind you hear as soon as the lamp goes off. In the morning a soft light comes in and, beyond the window, the scent of almond trees drifts in. A country breakfast is served every day.

Superior Room. The Superior is our most spacious room. The ceilings are high, and by the window there is a reading corner where a book always lasts longer than planned. We chose the materials one by one. At sunset the countryside turns gold and nobody is in a hurry to go out.

Included services

Breakfast is prepared with local products. The Wi-Fi is stable, the Sa Barza pool waits among the olive trees and the car stays in the courtyard parking.

Where we are

We are in inland Ogliastra, Sardinia, where the countryside opens towards the coast. The beaches of Santa Maria Navarrese and Cea are 13 minutes away by car, and the trail to Cala Goloritzé is 20: close enough for a swim before dinner, far enough to hear only the wind at night.
