House rules

The house rules at I Mandorli are few and simple. They protect the quiet of the borgo, the kind of quiet that lets you hear the birds among the olive trees in the morning, and they help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay, including guests who come back to us after the first time. You will find them below, gathered on one page. If anything is unclear, just ask us: we're here.

Reception

Reception is open for check-in and information from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Even after a long journey, arriving here is done calmly.

Breakfast

Our restaurant serves breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, in the hours when the countryside is still cool.

Leaving early? We'll happily prepare a takeaway breakfast. Coffee is delivered the evening before, so in the morning it is ready for the road.

Dietary requirements

For organisational reasons and because of the nature of our kitchen, we are unable to prepare separate breakfasts or dinners. Nor can we adapt dishes for coeliac disease or gluten-free diets, food intolerances or allergies. We are truly sorry, and we prefer to make this clear before your stay, so that every guest can plan with peace of mind and without surprises at the table.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning every 3 nights, leaving you your own space on the days in between.

If you would like an extra cleaning, the cost is €30.

If cleaning is requested, the room and terrace must be vacated by 10:00 AM, so that we can tidy up calmly and give them back to you ready for the rest of the day.

Sa Barza pool

Sa Barza is generally open from March 1 to November 15, every day from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Actual opening dates may vary depending on the season and conditions, because in the countryside the weather often decides more than we do. Please always ask us to confirm availability for the dates of your stay.

Guests under 18 may use the pool only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who stays with them at the poolside.

I Mandorli is set in a rural, agricultural environment, with grass and stones underfoot. For this reason, sandals, slippers or suitable footwear are required to access Sa Barza and to move around the outdoor areas of the estate.

Quiet, order and conduct

Guests are kindly asked to dress appropriately, respecting the sensitivity and modesty of the other guests who share the common spaces with them.

Swimwear is worn only in the pool area. Elsewhere on the estate, outside that area, it is not permitted.

Restaurant service

The restaurant is open for dinner 5 times a week.

Dinner service starts at 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM, depending on the season.

For organisational reasons, dinner service cannot start later than 7:40 PM. The kitchen keeps its own times, and we ask you to follow them together with us.

The half-board dinner costs €30.

Departure

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM, so that we can carefully prepare the arrival of the next guests.

Pets

To ensure the well-being of all the animals on the estate, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets. Two shepherd dogs and several cats already live here with us, accustomed to their own spaces and the peaceful rhythm of the property: you will probably meet them dozing in the shade. Thank you for your understanding.
