House Rules
A few simple rules, so that everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. If anything is unclear, just ask us: we're here.
Reception
- Open for check-in and information from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Breakfast
- Our restaurant serves breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
- Leaving early? We'll happily prepare a takeaway breakfast — coffee is delivered the evening before.
Room cleaning
- Room cleaning every 3 nights.
- Extra cleaning: €30.
- If cleaning is requested, the room and terrace must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Sa Barza pool
- Open from 1 June until 30 September, every day from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Guests under 18 may use the pool only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- As the farm stay is set in a rural, agricultural environment, sandals, slippers or suitable footwear are required to access Sa Barza and to move around the outdoor areas of the estate.
Quiet, order and conduct
- Guests are kindly asked to dress appropriately, respecting the sensitivity and modesty of other guests.
- Swimwear is not permitted outside the pool area.
Restaurant service
- Open for dinner 5 times a week.
- Dinner service starts at 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM depending on the season.
- For organisational reasons, dinner service cannot start later than 7:40 PM.
- The half-board dinner costs €30.
Departure
- On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Pets
- To ensure the well-being of all the animals on the estate, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets. Two shepherd dogs and several cats already live here with us, accustomed to their own spaces and the peaceful rhythm of the property. Thank you for your understanding.
