## The walk From the harbour you climb gently past the last houses, then the trail enters the maquis: cistus, mastic, euphorbia that turns red in autumn.

The sea stays on your right, a hundred metres below, until the profile of Pedra Longa — 128 metres of vertical limestone — fills the horizon.

## The monolith Pedra Longa is a natural monument: a needle of rock planted in the sea, start of the Selvaggio Blu and a climbing crag.

At its feet, natural pools among the rocks and a seasonal kiosk where fish arrives on Baunei boats.

## Our tips - Walk it at sunset: you return with the last light on the sea. - Swim in the rock pools beneath the monolith: deep, crystal-clear water. - Non-walkers can also reach Pedra Longa by car: the road descends from Baunei.
