Santa Maria Navarrese to Pedra Longa: one gentle hour beneath the olive trees and the tower, hugging low cliffs to the monolith. Swim at its base, lunch at the kiosk, ride the afternoon breeze home. Perfect even for first-time paddlers.

With a guide (S.M. Navarrese centres run daily trips) you continue towards Punta Giradili and the sea caves: the most spectacular stretch, where the Selvaggio Blu walls plunge into the sea. Some multi-day tours even reach Goloritzé at dawn, before the boats.
