## The roof of the coves From the Golgo the trails leave for Goloritzé, Sisine and the Codula: it is the crossroads of every hike on the Baunei coast.

But the plateau deserves time of its own — the As Piscinas natural pool where herds drink, monumental holm oaks, silence broken only by goat bells.

## Plateau life The sheepfolds tell the story of Baunei's goatherds: some still work, others are now restaurants where kid goat is eaten under the stars.
