In our restaurant near the open fireplace made of granite and juniper trunks and on the scenic verandah surrounded by aromatic scrubs and wild flowers you can enjoy the variety of our typical cuisine. Our typical starters consist of vegetables, salami and sausage all prepared in the traditional Sardinian way.To follow enjoy a typical pasta speciality of the Ogliastra area, Culurgionis; ravioli stuffed with potatoes. Then roast pork, lamb or mutton or other meat based specialities such as Sa trattalia and sa corda. Such a meal cannot end without a Sardinian dessert (prepared exclusively in the I Mandorli kitchen). Ideally all washed down with the best of Sardinian wines: Cannonau.
To finish the meal off Sardinian style: House Myrtle liquer, Grappa or Limoncello.
